No. Ethnocentrism is just a viewpoint. That doesn’t automatically mean there’s real power behind it.
It is not indistinguishable to blacks thinking there is a white conspiracy theory because the blacks are right. We are privileged, we built these nations to reflect our cultural spirit. Not theirs, thus we function better in them than they do and we typically have a higher intelligence and through gene selection and vigrous eugenic murdering, have a lower propensity for committing crime.
