I've tried to point out every time the left has called for violence vs Trump's jokes

You know all the ones Trump claims are violence

Some of the "calls for violence" haven't really been that, same with most of the Trump claims (though there have been some iffy instances for sure)

@Beemann I made the point that ‘people don’t have the right to not be offended.’ He immediately said ‘what if someone approaches you in a public space and starts verbally abusing you?’ (Basically mean words). I said ‘it is protected speech as long as it isn’t incitement to violence’. He freaks out and basically says mean words can cause violence and what about stalking. No joke.

@Beemann I know. He has a tendency to put words in people’s mouths. He tried to make it sound like I was saying stalking was fine. I never said that. I only said that people don’t have the right to not be offended, words aren’t violence, and speech is protected as long as it isn’t inciting violence. I told him he didn’t understand my point (he doesn’t) and he called me a condescending know it all.
