yeah, I think that what I'm trying to convey. The judges bias was that couldn't win because their skin color. So the official later was full of shit because there nothing they could have done to win.

I don't think the judge thought they couldn't win because of their skin color (that's what the girls were pushing tho). I think he was saying/believes you can't argue with that portion of the argument because its racist to not except "their truth", or provide any evidence against it (because they wouldn't believe it). @grant
