Desktop parts outside of GPU are honestly pretty cheap but it largely depends on your usage requirements

980 Nvidia generation is still good for 95%+ of all games coming out.

Plus if you play better games (IE almost all older ones) you can get a shithouse GPU for like 50 bucks and still be well above spec

Slow progress. Working on transferring training mode inputs to online matches with friends. Mostly about linking and figuring out combos now. Still a long ways off but it feels like good progress at least

That's a glaring weak spot in my skills. I think I'd need a whole year of practice to have a grasp on timing with combos. It's always been beyond me

That's true. Regardless of how far left the 'conservative' party is, the actual left party lost, and that's something we can always cheer for.

That said, the way I've heard the conservatives described in Australia, I can only assume that they are actually fairly conservative. They seem to get called Nazis regularly too.

Nazis were right wing socialists and they weren’t conservatives. We keep letting the media dictate the terms of political discussion when we let them call Nazi’s the extreme end of the Right

They were more like highly authoritarian, highly tribal, economic centrists with strong tendency to economic intervention and welfare.

Unfortunately, Australia’s conservative party has a large share of cucks too. I think it was Malcolm Turnbull or some other conservative in their federal parliament who drove one of their “Respect Women” campaigns, complained about unequal representation of women in parliament, the like
