Is Gearbest alright for 18650 batteries?
stay away with anything with "fire" in the name
Yeah
Ultrafire batteries I just saw
id get them on ali if i were you
russians actually test them
i know there were some 9800 mAh batteries that reviewers actually tested to about 980
does not have most chinese variants but
gives good example of "normal ones"
Thanks for the advice fellas
Looking through links
also don't buy GTF
that "dont touch fire" was suprisingly accurate
never realised until saw this http://www.ebay.com/gds/18650-Battery-Buying-Guide-test-on-all-from-eBay-below-3-/10000000178020340/g.html?rmvSB=true
Lmao
jesu
A single battery actually had advertised charge
Ahahaha
So this speaker takes 10v at 1.3
I basically want to make a rechargeable battery for it
So, li-ion with just like a USB charging module I guess
at 10v .. you want to wallcharger for it
and battery backup
Yeah, the battery is supposed to be a backup for it
It's like an alarm speaker thing
But I want to actually take it places
the switching powersuply with batteries can be hard to do depending on type
Yeah
if its relay then its easy
tho the alarm would need to handle small suddent poweroff when relay switches on/off
aka self-reboot properly
if not done with capacitor hold while the relay clicks
Moreso
It can run completely with batteries
But, fucking 6 alkaline cells is not practical.
lipo battery ?
those would drive the speaker easily too at 10v
Yeah, but tending the battery would be a pain
