The only issue with PSP/Vita 3 is that they had to kill the Ultraman reference (partially)

One of the bosses had ultraman colours and one of his attacks. He still has the attack but they made him brown to avoid legal troubles

Most of them assume that doctors would still go through the hell of medical school and not sleep for 30 years in that line of work out of the goodness of their hearts.
