If someone associates vaccines with autism. Would it not be best to host said speech in an easily accessible manner and allow public discourse for amd against the idea in an easily accessible manner?

Allow people to search for any topic and they will see the most popular associations connected to the topic as and spreading out from it smaller/less conversed connections

No matter the platform, if it can be administered by a person no posts are safe. They can say we won't delete posts but, if some politician or organization offers them a million dollars to delete a few posts, I bet you they would.
