Clinton also didn't have a Dem Senate to bury the impeachment.

@ArchiTexure I would take off the democrat and republican symbols and names cause “people”perception of where the party is can be subjective.

I agree, that's why there's the 2nd one with the different rings for different levels of government so you can really start plotting out how much government you believe in

it can sorta be used for individual policy positions as well as a weighted average
