Sure. The same will be true on TV and radio as well. The nice thing about ads on social media is you can tell Facebook you don't want to see that classification of ad.

I bet it's closer to $10 a year. Better than almost every other ad-fueled site, but a subscription service could turn an amount of them into $120 whales.

The issue with facebook is it's filled with boomers who can barely use a browser

I'd expect to get pinged with 80s style zippy ads, but they're so much worse.

I went the Youtube Red route, or whatever it's called now. I was blocking ads there for years before then. Now I'm a paying customer.
