you can have a variety of protein sources, just make sure youre getting enough
i mean theres several sources of protein in the house but i was just thinking about it in an autistic way like i need a specific meal every day or some shit lol
Also, a simple tip is keeping hydrated when you work out. It helps keep lactic acid from building up and making you feel a burn
you dont NEED a specific one. some ppl do it cuz its easier to make the same thing all week.
