The industrial age image of the man as the father who disappears for 12 hours a day and then shows up with money is not an acceptable role of a family leader. A man must be present with his children, guiding them with his principles. When his wife is tired he must shoulder her burdens as well. By sacrificing his individual base interests for his family he will ensure his family happiness and success for generations. These are the principles by which I live.
