It's divided up and measured by race and graduation rate mostly. And all schools here require an English learning program. The white students in these schools started graduating less often and the minorities mostly stayed the same. It's just a way of taking money from mostly white and asian schools who have a 90%+ grad rate and sending it to minority schools with like a 48% grad rate

The white students graduate less, but other minorities barely increase, except for when they're in the same school in a 60% white or asian school to begin with

She was a bright statistician, but her logic skills were terrible. Couldn't think through the experimental design or the methodology.

As in, the Hispanics in these majority white kids get more programs and more funding than the whites, the whites suffer from it but % gains for the Hispanics make up for the school as a whole, and the program counts it as a success

I actually moved to one of the whitest towns I saw in outdated census data. I finally leave the woke ass city where I'm a total minority and come here. I walk down the street across the bridge and BAM. Im a minority again
