I have this great idea that I need developed. Its basically like facebook but its for your local neighborhood and its a revolutionary idea. I need a programmer to make it happen, I believe this could be big. I can't pay cash right now but I can pay in valuable exposure to all my contacts and all the people who will see it when we make it big.
