@SOLO So you have to translate your question a little. We know aging population is an issue. Right? More people inactive, reaching a physical limit where they can contribute to the economy efficiently, and thus they are taking out the "common". Right? And influx of skilled (or even unskilled) labour who produce income and sustain the infrastructures could be essential to resolve the demographic problem of aging, right?
