@fbn just open a ticket with support
the chinks dealing with the live chat are even less capable of english

if it's still open you can just send another message in it
@fbn if I were you I'd just upgrade the extruder head with a e3d one and call it a day
i'd keep the case open but i wouldn't let it keep me from printing
also, make sure all the other stuff works
