Pro-eugenics is a pretty fringe position (unless you're deflating to already ongoing norms... aborting fetuses that would be defective / born with negative conditions)
Incentivizing people with money to not have children ... most probably wouldn't agree with. But this is a means of ethical eugenics
I think you could get people to come around on that type of position though
And it's not as though they have a choice. I'm very fatalistic on that
People are going to get bio-engineered whether they want it or not, in some sense or another...
@sydtko I mean most countries like Australia and stuff put foward "Civic nationalism" it's specific main difference is a focus on culture and the country rather than genetics.
If the nations culture was "We need to all be smart and mormon" then yea that is fair
but CivNat can put foward any countries views.
