1 is relative to me of course, basically I just have to find them hot which I think it reasonable
All the items on that list are pretty reasonable individually but finding someone who fulfills all of the requirements might be tricky
I think 2 is kind of unreasonable but I justify it by being trans and blaming dysphoria also it's hotter
Probably 6 too but I don't think that one is that hard

It's also impossible to calculate since idgaf about any specific measure. It's just a general feeling I'd get after talking for a while. Maybe "able to entertain me intellectually" would be a better way to put it.
