tomots dont even need that .. they grow well with just plain 1000lumen led light

might buy these just to help with flowering

right now I have a box with daylight CFLs, gets kinda warm though

would like to add an LED for flowering though

i have found that the ikeas cold highlumen lights are more than enough for tomatoes

for capsicums i think they barely DO

specialy the rarer ones dont seem to grow properly with those

apparently those are 5W lights

not 7W but anyway

not cheapo thinmetal reflectors with cheap transformers and 150w lamp

i glued space blankets to plywood for my reflectors

step 1 from cheaposhit decent cooltube reflector set costs 80 or so euros

yeah yeah proper plasma-cycle lamps cost like 1200 (professional tier stuff) or so

those lamps what simule sun almost perfectly

you get proper tanning if you work under them

and cancer if you use them without the uv-c filter

and ofc good quality elektronic ballasts cost arm and leg
