its on the first page of amazon if you just look up "sbc"
so no :(
You're in Taiwan?
Nice! Hope you're liking it here.
How is it compared to true chinkland?
I've been here a few time already and I love it. Are you Taiwanese? @red
Yeah.
It's like a clean, democratic and civilised version of China with actual human beings @icecream
With Kaohsiung being the most amazing city
That sounds neat.
I haven't been to kaohsiung in a long time. It's a manufacturing hub so I bet there's plenty of good chink shit there
Taipei
I just get stuff at guanghua or through ruten, ahaha
weirdly enough, shit's often cheaper through the english chink sites
I don't know Taipei too well but I get lost easily there since my Mandarin is just basic
I prefer Kaohsiung. When there are only two metro lines, chances I get the right one are 50%
Ahaha, that's true. The MRT is huge
What do you mean?
Anime mascot for the metro rail system there
I follow a few japanese on twitter that came to taiwan specifically to go there

i'm looking for a powerbank
banggood refunded my order, citing some regulation regarding batteries, gearbest won't even let me order. what to do?
Yeah
My gf always stands next to the signs, tries to mimic her and puts a photo of it on Instagram
And once she did so nearby a toilet and got problems because you may not take photos nearby the toilet
lol, yeah
Are there really "camera detection systems" or do the signs lie?
And if yes: how does this work?
sensitive issue since there used to be people who would put hidden cameras in the toilets, they have comprehensive systems in place to detect those now though
Was it a big deal when this happened?
I haven't seen them in action myself but they would probably just be a radio receiver that scans whatever frequencies the cameras leak
I'm not aware why cameras should leak different frequencies if any compared to other devices
But if it works, it's cool
I know you can detect certain electronics like that, maybe it's based on what they transmit? not sure
Ah sure so this means they transmit, not record
When I was growing up here I'd hear news stories about cameras being found
