well done
ofcourse i skiped on important facts like, changing whole case, adding 8 140mm fans etc
but it was still truth
and whole truth
someone was smart enought to buy chink cpu cooler?
i still use basic intel one
I got fractal design r5 best case ever.
I would never trust anything sensitive to Chink stuff.
you are talking to people who have stockpile of tonguu eggs
chink oscope there btw
super good considering under $400
Chink soldering station?
ye
i d bet tyrone could get it cheaper for ya
Good? Link?
i would actually recommend a different chink soldering station
the aoyue 937 is a hakko 937 clone
Also, I'll ask that EEVBlog Dave fella what he has to say about your setup. He'll shit on it, no doubt, but in what manner? 👍
the aoyue one i have works but it's not as nice, didn't know about the 937 until after i got this one
dave jones is a Cool Dude
if anything he might comment on All This Gear to look at one opamp
Yeah, I've been looking at a 936 clone. Or one of the numerous DIY projects available. Or that TS100 thing.
probably my meter too but hey it'd been professionally calibrated recently so it's better than most low budget hobbyists have to work with
Sure, Dave's alright. But he shits relentlessly on anything that isn't in the $1000+ range.
he doesn't though?
watch his how to set up an electronics lab video
he's like "i mean yeah you dont need a fancy programmable 5a power supply just get an lm317 and a couple trimmers lol"
Alright, he does have a video where he links to a bunch of budget stuff. But he doesn't recommend it. 😄
no, his one for a forrserious lab
i mean he works for a lab
also the rigol ds1054z is his standard oscope rec
and it's a $400 chinese scope
he goes hard on multimeters but honestly it's worth going kinda hard there esp. if you're measuring mains
hell dave uses the same chink reflow station i do
costs $50
also he's right about those pocket mini scopes those are uuuuseless
😄
well, fluke makes their scopemeters
but those are still super expensive for what you get
