the amount of times anons on /csg/ have a mini freakout because their phone package comes opened and it's just because some chink opened it to flash the global rom

global roms differs from vendor roms

vendor roms are outdated and you can't update them or unlock bootloader etc.

the global versions tend to be a bit pricier BECAUSE they go in and do the work to flash global rom for you
