i'll probably be either 3d printing then vapor smoothing or simply molding the cups, i intend to design and make my own pads once i learn how to engineer around those too

I tried making pads but it is super hard

Memory foam ain't cheap either

there's a lot of acoustics math involved in a good pad yeah

and it gets expensive for nice materials

Good pleather is really trial and error

could also do 3d printed polyurethane for filling instead of foam or fluff
