not for cheap

2017-07-07 21:47:22 UTC

:/ like how much

2017-07-07 21:47:35 UTC

Tarot ironman 1000 + Sony RX100V 960fps goodness and battery that supposedly lasts for dozens of kilometers

2017-07-07 21:47:58 UTC

@s3bbe i remember you too

2017-07-07 21:48:02 UTC

one friend bought the camera (gopro knockoff) and drone separately

2017-07-07 21:48:17 UTC

so many oldfriends

2017-07-07 21:48:18 UTC

I remember you too too but not in any positive way

2017-07-07 21:48:25 UTC

o-oh

2017-07-07 21:48:36 UTC

http://www.gearbest.com/rc-quadcopters/pp_363299.html if you want an all in one, lowest price I've seen it is $450

2017-07-07 21:49:12 UTC

If you're on a budget buy a first or second gen DJI that's passed through 3-4 inactive bored owners

2017-07-07 21:49:34 UTC

^

2017-07-07 21:49:34 UTC

soo lets cut off from specs then i dont need more than 1080p

2017-07-07 21:50:11 UTC

are you expecting chinks to have some $80 solution or something? drones are always pretty expensive

2017-07-07 21:50:14 UTC

good ones anyway

2017-07-07 21:51:16 UTC

then you say buy action camera and a drone thats the cheapest way

2017-07-07 21:51:39 UTC

If you want to be able to see what you film, that's not the cheapest way tho

2017-07-07 21:51:59 UTC

And if you want footage worth a damn you'll need a gimbal which will fuck your budget up, even if you buy chink made

2017-07-07 21:52:51 UTC

soo its expensive either way

2017-07-07 21:52:54 UTC

Very

2017-07-07 21:53:30 UTC

For a drone able to carry gimbal + MILC + acceptable lens along with fpv and so on I estimated around $2000 if you build some parts yourself _and already have the camera setup_

2017-07-07 21:55:16 UTC

there's plenty of low cost drones or quadcopters with cheap cameras on but the footage is never that great

2017-07-07 21:55:18 UTC

like I said, one friend bought a chinese gopro (I don't remember what brand, not xiaomi), and some shitass drone. must have been less than 150-200$ combined

2017-07-07 21:55:45 UTC

he could connect to the camera from his phone over wifi or something

2017-07-07 21:56:20 UTC

I have professional standards though

2017-07-07 21:56:29 UTC

he didn't <:radthonk:318079469376110597>

2017-07-07 21:56:33 UTC

that type of setup could work for me but i dont know any brands

2017-07-07 21:56:51 UTC

can you tell the difference between chinkpro and gopro

2017-07-07 21:56:53 UTC

@Leonardo08TR (Yusuf) he bought everything over aliexpress, if that helps

2017-07-07 21:57:11 UTC

thing people don't realize about just... Things

2017-07-07 21:57:20 UTC

after a certain scale manufacturing is suuuper cheap

2017-07-07 21:57:33 UTC

@Dom with gopro, you pay several hundred dollars so all the factory workers can buy a house and car

2017-07-07 21:57:47 UTC

a warranty mostly

2017-07-07 21:58:00 UTC

gotta support their hard work

2017-07-07 21:58:08 UTC

like, i've been selling keychains lately, for $2, you know how much they cost me to make?

2017-07-07 21:58:10 UTC

15 cents a piece

2017-07-07 21:58:27 UTC

and only so much because i make em on a really small scale

2017-07-07 21:58:47 UTC

that's including the time i spend designing them broken down into the cost

2017-07-07 21:58:58 UTC

@Leonardo08TR (Yusuf) there's plenty of sites covering chink drones and chink action cameras, just look around

2017-07-07 21:59:11 UTC

if i don't put a value on my time they cost me a couple pennies a pop to make

2017-07-07 21:59:41 UTC

Hawkeye Firefly 7s is a good cheap chinkpro
