yeah sure its not a problem if you want to sit and semi-code on the fucking terminal for 2 hours

wacom is a weird exception but that barely even works on windows and osx so doesnt matter

literally two things windows is better at: cad/cam and aaa gaming

even for gaming if you're into indie gaming linux is mostly fine

had ubuntu installed, plugged in my phone trough usb

cad/cam i make do but it's the only thing outside aaa games i've found to be a huge pain in the ass outside windows

and i dont have the patience for coding in the terminal for hours for something simple to work so i said fuckit and deleted it from my drive

well yeah, and when i was trying to get my wacom tablet working on *nix i found that too, and they were all like "yeah nah this person's maintaining open source drivers for that, nothing really ships with them but just grab em off this github and youre good"

usually they even throw a one line copy/pasteable command at you too

anyway i stand by that, cheap pc with ubanto or i guess win10 if you swing that way > android tv box
