similary why we have 32 students per teacher in schoolrooms (at max)
so everybody studies
most of those workshops are run by shitty staff (untrained for their job so they are not jobless) and other jobless are forced to there way under minimun wage to sweatshop the shit out of useless products what are not even allowed to sell really
if it threatens "legit shops" business model those workshops need to stop their shit at instant
but i could vent for hours from political and statistical padding finland does
and it would not really help anything :P
