i built a pc last year with a an old xeon from 2009

All I did was add an SSD in 2014

chucked in like six hundred bucks on a decent mobo and ddr4 memory because i decided i wanted to play decent gamed besides tf2 and ct classic

ive cleaned it once or twice

a quick 30 minute rinse cycle is more than enough

ALSO i used a vaccuum cleaner first time

how do you not see where the fan cables go then lol

i got rid of all the dust with very ltitle effort
