in the US they're great
unlimited free prime trials, instant refunds on anything under 500, no new customer verifications if you have half a brain
in the UK, they're quite controversial for their ethics and delivery can run as late as 8pm
same here but thats the shipping company

they do that in the cities here in the US
i know for certain they do it in manhattan from experience and don't do it in any one of a 100 suburbs so its just where its more profitable
ups is very reliable so if its cheaper to use them they dont roll out their own delivery but ofc its easier to just pay some guy to do deliveries in manhattan

I still got charged.
I open a second ticket.
they will literally instantly refund you on any item below 500 with out you sending it back so them letting a legitimate return go awry is very out of the norm
