There are korean monitors on ebay to consider as well but I dont know your price point

Korean monitors might be but QC issues put me off big time

buying known brands domestically honestly isn't that much more expensive

I'd take a good 1080p IPS panel over a reject 1440p Korean IPS panel that may or may not have awful backlight bleed and dead pixels everywhere
