well, if you go that route, you probably could match them

there's also chargers that output kinda lot of data about a battery

if it's the same between two cells you could try matching

but usually mixing a "worn out" battery that you used for a decent while with a brand new one will bring unexpected results

i found something about Internal Resistance over time it can change

and this can change performance

@emre brightness is part of it of course, but there's lights with different UI's (ways to control how bright it is etc), shapes (think tiny lights that have monster outputs like the Emisar D4)

so far I think I have every category of light covered
