unless you specifically know you need a warm/cold white tint
if you just need an EDC light, neutral white is best

warm white can be good for photography or for a possibly sensitive environment, the color is more orange which is pleasing to the eye more
neutral white gives an accurate color reproduction, it feels like daytime
