So I opened two separate tickets on GB because one of my ES3's I got was fucked and I wasn't sure what to put the ticket under so I just did 2

One response offered me a partial refund of $3

And the other offered to give me a full refund or send a new pair out for free

So if you open a ticket on GB and you don't like the outcome, just open another one and hope for someone in a better mood
