That happened last year. I ordered christmas gifts for the stockings and I ended up getting a refund put through the same day it arrived.

But no the Asus phone I got I ended up getting a 80% refund on too because they lied about it.

The shark I got came from Gearbest with damaged packaging, two packages never came at all, the batteries I ordered were corroded when I opened them, I'm just not a fan of gearbest even if they're well priced.

Fighting gearbest on their own site got too hard so I started just going to paypal.

I've ordered, so far, 2 articles from GB, a tacticool pen and the aforementioned shark. Let's see how they do before trying to order more expensive stuff.

There was also the denim bag I got I had to superheat because it shipped with bedbugs.

They fought me and won that one and I'm still pissed. Fucker I do pest control. Ended up being a nice bag when I got it cleaned, though.

I've only had one bad experience, when my Totoro night light arrived shattered and they asked me to post back the dust and fragments to China
