what do you do when an Ali tracking says "shipment cancelled"?

dispute immediately?

I ordered a <$1 4gb USB drive, it sat at "waiting for pick up" for weeks

now it says "shipment cancelled by seller"

That would be smart, seems to be a glitch though, some people get thier shipment cancelled and get it like three months later
