my BT stays off most of the time
How do you get notifications then?
as I said, if my phone is on silent I turn BT on
and even if I keep BT on, I have mi band tools set up so that notifications:
don't go off if my screen is on
don't go off if my ring volume is up
mi band tools is a great app
Pretty much going to use it for jogging and texts maybe syncing to wireless earphone.
for the longest time it only worked to track walking, you couldn't tell if you were running or not in the app from the data
but now there's activities and you can make running/cycling etc with a map history and all that
like other fitness trackers
you just gotta put them in manually
well you can just start the app, go to activities and start running
and it'll track that event as running
complete with your phones GPS info
Eh, I thought it wa pedometer...
it used to be just that, and you can still use it just as that with no problem
but you can also get more out of kt
I got a vivosmart fitness tracker because it has an independent GPS for better tracking
but how is the battery life tho?
$129.99 USD

for 130 dollars that's awful even with GPS
Mine lasts a week
i bought it for $70 used
and replaced teh band
VivoSmart HR+
also looks p thick, not suitable for wristlets
cough
Cole its 100% worht it for hte superior app support, Like messanger works out of the box to show messages adn you can add any app to show notifications
>being a wristlet 🤔
mi band app can do that too

Mi Fit: Profile - tap on Mi Band 2 - App alerts - Manage apps - select the ones you desire
Oh
Dank
Thanks Cole
at first they had no apps, then a select few, and now pretty much any app supported
