This : I have bakeries
broken just go into a bakery and ask them for advice
Upper north like border region i'm used to visit, everyone has one
and some dough to tst with
thn he guns them down
They will probably insult me in my city but I will try in a countryside bakery a day
:/
We have the best bread in the world, so I don't cook it at home
and anyone in my circle do it either
the local bakery near me is a spanish one
so its only okay
i cant get nice fresh baguettes of top quality
* i use baguettes for buffalo chicken dip the make perfect sized slices

hehe
I went to NYC in 2011 and go the bread that burgers eat is awfull
Nearly unedible
>eating in NYC
you are an actual retard t ho
NYC has mandated high prices and litearlly the lowest quality possible
If you visit a city you have to eat at some point
to not die
“NYC has mandated high prices and litearlly the lowest quality possible”
Maybe if you go to Times Square or something
>your package is still wihtin timeframe
FUCKINGCHINKS

This one but a bit darker
I bake it myself after the recipe of my grandma/ma
For me best bread 😄
thats german tier bread for us
So its a no-no in my region but I secretly like it a lot
I really like banana bread but haven't gotten to eat it in forever. Maybe I'll try my hand at making some <:thinkjojo:333980344044879872>
I don't about you guys, but attempting to make stuff that my elders made feels intimidating, as if I can't match it.
The trick is to keep trying until you are old and just as good.
It's even weirder because I know I'm capable. I'm pretty good with cooking long as I have a recipe. I actually managed to beat my mom's lasagna a few years back.
It still just feels strange. My autism gets the better of me sometimes <:downs:355737951918882846>
