@Sdeck37 breathlizers as a rule have a ~20% error factor either from age of device, quality, time of ingestion. Police will take you in for a blood test if the breath are postive most times.

It's a niche market, less supply and heavily patented as you can't just throw acetic acid onto a controller and expect numbers.

For your problem though:
There are one use breathilyziers, they were about 3bucks each, when we tested them.
Unfortunetly they don't give a number, but are indicators of light/middle/heavy by color.

by 30m did you mean euro or million. because I can imagine a blood testing would be that much but not a breathalyzer
