I don't get why people do that
>"fix phone pls"
>"ok"
>erases it at the end
just privacy things
im not sure if this changed but its so easy just going to the android bootloader
I remember the first time I tried to run cygwin on a S2 phone. I bricked it in an instant because I was retarded.
Not cygwin fkn
What was it called
Was it cygwin?
I'm having a brain fart but it's not called cygwin
cygwin is a unix environment for windows
cyanogen, you mean?
Yes
VR goggle smartphone
the phone itself is armored like fuck and has a metal surface for max heat dissipation
the goggles go on your face
anyone buy a lock picking set?
here's my angle
why don't they make these VR goggles with a battery pack on the rear side as counterweight to the goggles up front
Is it even worthwhile going from RN3 to RN5? I would want to buy the 6/64GB model, and can write it off on CRCs
that would lead to equal weight distribution and make it way easier to wear
It's just that I would also like to switch out my laptop for a Xiaomi one, but I'm concerned of potential overages from DHL being goys with customs and fees
i long since stopped buying any laptop but thinkpads
But the MiBook looks so fucking good!
And battery life to match as well
looking good doesn't matter if it shits the bed like all the laptops do or explodes from being placed on a table too hard
true that
get a used thinkpad for 300 bucks, whichever is currently at that price in the used market, it'll serve you well
But I'd want to actually get better or more performance from my current laptop
a thinkpad won't cut it
laptop and performance are two words that people need to learn to disassociate
I currently have this one, but with a 2tb hdd https://www.notebookcheck.net/Acer-Aspire-V-Nitro-7-791G-Notebook-Review.141469.0.html
I would like to switch to something lighter but still comparably capable
i got a used thinkpad T520 three years ago or so at that 300 bucks price point and it served me well. I only got it AFTER i bought a brand spanking new HP laptop for 300 bucks that managed to completely kill itself THRICE in SIX months, so bad that the ON button just did absolutely nothing. i gave it back after the third repair, got my money back and went to buy the used thinkpad and it never had a single hitch since
also if the laptop isnt heavy enough to kill small animals by being dropped on them from hip height it's SHIT
That's one way of looking at my problem
So you have Mi Book for about NZD$1200
And Mi Gaming for about NZD$1900
Mi Gaming doesn't have soldered ram, meaning the ram upgrade would be much cheaper
and it, to be quite honest, looks pretty fucking good
minus the rgb
