2018-05-18 08:26:15 UTC

huehuehuehuue tell me more

2018-05-18 08:26:18 UTC

Which brands?

2018-05-18 08:27:53 UTC

anet a8 if your house is insured against fire

2018-05-18 08:28:30 UTC

if you'd rather continue living creality cr-10 is nice

2018-05-18 08:28:49 UTC

it's about 500 but better pay some more than get something absolutely chinky

2018-05-18 08:28:57 UTC

yeah true

2018-05-18 08:29:27 UTC

@timsandtoms so short? Damn, is there a budget light that's gonna last more than that?

2018-05-18 08:30:28 UTC

It would be fine for edc but I'm thinking of putting it on my bike so it can be less bright but last longer

2018-05-18 08:32:13 UTC

I could just go for T4 to prolong it a little bit but maybe they's a better option

2018-05-18 09:35:15 UTC

mmm mmm mmmmmmmmm

2018-05-18 09:35:21 UTC

freshly lubed up all my flashlights

2018-05-18 09:35:45 UTC

thinking I might have to order another tin of Nitecore lube

2018-05-18 09:37:07 UTC

just vaseline it up

2018-05-18 09:38:27 UTC

just cum in it

2018-05-18 09:49:43 UTC

🤔

2018-05-18 09:50:15 UTC

@Tervy vaseline too ordinary

2018-05-18 09:50:25 UTC

need to treat my flashlights with class

2018-05-18 10:00:42 UTC

read flashlights as fleshlights

2018-05-18 10:06:20 UTC

>lubed flashlights
Am I missing something?

2018-05-18 10:06:24 UTC

<:thenk:329322130804047872>

2018-05-18 10:14:21 UTC

you don't lube your flashlights?

2018-05-18 10:14:27 UTC

why even have them then

2018-05-18 10:15:33 UTC

@Millwood you should lube the threads and o-rings

2018-05-18 10:16:13 UTC

I didn't know you need to lube your flashlights

2018-05-18 10:16:22 UTC

lubed up o-ring will last much longer, and lubed up threads will be easier to screw/unscrew while also repelling water better

2018-05-18 10:16:23 UTC

It does make sense when I think about it though

2018-05-18 10:16:44 UTC

Yeah, especially for the rings

2018-05-18 10:16:47 UTC

if you have a better brand flashlight at home you may have noticed they came in pre-lubed

2018-05-18 10:16:48 UTC

Thanks

2018-05-18 10:17:10 UTC

I never had a flashlight for more than $5 so I had no idea

2018-05-18 10:17:18 UTC

Gonna get some chink lights now

2018-05-18 10:17:45 UTC

I remember I once even got a little card with a light

2018-05-18 10:17:58 UTC

that went something like "Dear please lube threads and o-ring"

2018-05-18 10:18:03 UTC

Explain how you lube a flashlight pls

2018-05-18 10:18:10 UTC

The only time I would do that is to squat on it

2018-05-18 10:19:31 UTC

Something I was wondering, does constant on consume more power than flashing mode?

2018-05-18 10:20:48 UTC

I guess that mostly depends on the light

2018-05-18 10:21:12 UTC

the laws of physics would suggest it does, yes

2018-05-18 10:21:26 UTC

unless your light is throttling because of constant on
