The 3.5mm connector
ZS5's are terrible for that
wat
I've always been paranoid I'd kill my ZS6's because of the plastic nozzle
Getting ear tips to *stay* on ZS6's is painful.
yes, so you use heatshrink
So you have to use smaller bores, which means stretching
Putting a lot of pressure on the nozzle then yeah
It's fucking sketchy
wat
what did he mean by this
I prefer to use speshul smaller diameter eartips, and rough-up the pole
Like this?
i've had heatsrink on my zs5's for months now, tfw no broken ears..
I might consider super-glue someday, but so-far they're staying on very tight now
no i have it over the tip itself, but you can do it that way too
I roughed up ur mums hole
i have to do that for my flange tips because they're all too loose
personally I really like it
Yeah, but that's definitely subjective
I personally put strain reliefs on my TRN V20's cable, and the ones on my ZS6's
TRN doesn't have a very good strain relief right by the plug
Just took the spring out of a pen, wrapped it around, and it's a good strain relief
Didn't have to solder it or anything
Is there any actual point in getting the silver plated cable vs the copper-only cable?
yeah you see silver makes the music sound more royal
Yes, lowers resistance, it doesn't break as easy.
I noticed a very slight difference in sound with ZST's
silver costs more so it sounds better to the failable human brain
ah okay, so it's bullshit and Nitro's a fagguete
I'll go buy the cheaper copper cable
thx
i mean, resistance DOES have an impact on sound, but you're not going to see it
for those cables
No. Nitro is correct, but it doesn't really have an influence on that scale.
The different is so minor it's not worth it. Besides, your average smartphone or computer can power KZ earphones easily.
Difference*
Well, I mean, sound quality wise it's not. For everything else, including the fact that it's just more durable
