Internal resistance of 18650 cells so I can get matched sets for fancy lights
Just taking my 18 cells and trying to pair them up so I have 4 sets that are as close in capacity/resistance as possible, so I don't ever hafta think about them again, I just keep that set together when I use them in a light, or charge them all together.
