I always give them a chance to resolve it, and go from there. Had an issue with the little mylar bags I ordered, ordered 2x items, 2x of each, got sent 1x of each. Just messaged em and they got the second set out ASAP, product is good, 5/5 when I bother to review. They take their sweet time shipping it, or are rude about it? Fuck it, dispute and 1/5 review.
