@Plær1’ <#287939846662651906> is not for discussing that

2018-07-16 17:35:49 UTC

australian prime day was so amazingly lacklustre

2018-07-16 17:36:32 UTC

there was fuckall on sale, and anything that wasnt total horseshit was sold out

2018-07-16 17:37:06 UTC

would have got another ps4 controller for... I think it was 33

2018-07-16 17:37:11 UTC

but lolsoldout

2018-07-16 17:37:52 UTC

there was like 100 things total on sale

2018-07-16 17:38:13 UTC

and most of it was 1 baby-stuff company putting everything on sale

2018-07-16 17:39:34 UTC

@Plær1’ wrong chat

2018-07-16 17:41:53 UTC

Prime day generally sucks tbh

2018-07-16 17:42:34 UTC

They're doing some weird shit where I think it hasn't even started in Canada

2018-07-16 17:42:55 UTC

"3 PM ET"

2018-07-16 19:10:43 UTC

anyone already got MIUI 10 onto a mi mix2/2S? if so did the camera improve?

2018-07-16 19:41:32 UTC

Use Google camera / open camera you want to squeeze out more from the camera

2018-07-16 19:41:37 UTC
2018-07-16 19:43:47 UTC

open camera is 🅱 retty cool on my redmi note 5

2018-07-16 19:44:48 UTC

Is open camera just on fdroid?

2018-07-16 19:47:22 UTC

Prime Day is shit

2018-07-16 19:47:35 UTC

The links in their own app don't work

2018-07-16 19:55:33 UTC

alright, thanks for the advise

2018-07-16 19:55:49 UTC

Seems like the only thing really worth buying for prime day is that instant pot

2018-07-16 19:56:09 UTC

https://slickdeals.net/f/11811611 this is looking good, however

2018-07-16 20:00:53 UTC

@Bee Trial valve is liquidating(?) the steam link

2018-07-16 20:01:00 UTC

also discussion about it should be here and not in hot deals

2018-07-16 20:01:05 UTC

What are the specs in there?

2018-07-16 20:01:24 UTC

it was $2.5 at its lowest price i think

2018-07-16 20:01:27 UTC

@Bee Trial it was 2.5$

2018-07-16 20:01:31 UTC

but you still have to pay for $7 shippin

2018-07-16 20:01:32 UTC

not 10$

2018-07-16 20:01:38 UTC

I'm wondering if there is any value in it other than its intended purpose. 2.5+7 = 10 in dealtalk

2018-07-16 20:01:48 UTC

Anti-marketing math

2018-07-16 20:02:37 UTC

I should really get that instant pot, but I'm short as fuck on cash

2018-07-16 20:04:00 UTC

I have a bunch of hacked 3DSes that I need to sell, but they've only got the 4gb cards in them; I should probably just get 32GB cards

2018-07-16 20:04:17 UTC

Since it's $11 each for those, instead of $26 for 128gb

2018-07-16 20:07:39 UTC

Someone tagged me asking if a Steam Link price was legit, but that message is gone now. Yeah, but there was like $10 shipping in the US though. Steam link goes cheap, because Valve wants you to keep playing PC games, even when you're playing on your TV.

2018-07-16 20:08:36 UTC

It's probably unnecessarily locked down

2018-07-16 20:08:59 UTC

For that price, though, streaming from PC to TV for only $10-$15 is fucking tight.

2018-07-16 20:09:17 UTC

It makes me wonder how much logic has been collapsed into hardware, or if it's a single-board-computer inside there running something.

2018-07-16 20:10:03 UTC

Wish I could have gotten the deal ;-;

2018-07-16 20:14:12 UTC

you also need a busky wifi network or an ethernet

2018-07-16 20:16:06 UTC

Yep. Was unusable on my Wi-Fi. Returned it
