3 and 7 is only in the cities
well here in austria our internet is much better
german internet providers are horrible
the thing is, 3 & 7 are short range LTE, where you have many access points nearby
20 is long range LTE, where there aren't many access points
so the more you get out of crowded areas, the more you have 20
3 & 7 are necessary in cities because they can hold more connections at the same time
so 3 & 7 are perfect for crowded cities, whereas 20 is usually along highways and in smaller towns
But if you are willing to go 20less, maybe the Redmi Note 5
I only use my mobile data when there's no available wifi access point anyway lol
