treet is not that good in my experience
some blades are alright, most are bad
Finally got my tripod, awful reviews is back baby
Not that anyone cares
Shaving with safety razors has too many variables.
Nice mate
Voskhod works the best for me. Good combination of smooth and aggressive. Though I know people that find Voskhods to tug like mad.
thats why you smash that mf'in control button and create a repository of known good blades based on your own equipment, eventually amassing every blade known to man
i only exclusively use blades produced in 1912
pajeet steel and blades
mine only had glorious soviet steel
pajeet blades ain't that bad though
pretty sure safety razors is all about splurging on a good razor
and then cheap out on blades
or actually not even cheap out on blades because feather is cheap as fuck
if you try chink safety razor theres a good chance its offbalanced and you will be disappoitned
I use a Merkur 42C at the moment.
It's better than my Weishi or my Baili razors
Tenfold.
Oh yeah, don't chink out on shaving soap
DE89?
DE89's pretty good. I was about to buy one but I settled on the 42C.
Good call too. 42C is compact, but it's hefty and works great
This fucker weighs like 2.4 oz.
maybe de89 kinda looks like it
i havent cut myself in years
unless something sticks out
I never nick myself when i'm using the blades shown in the picture.
Feather on the other hand, cut sme up like hell
It works great aside from me nicking myself constantly
feather is fine
you simply cant press down
but slide
I slide, I just nick myself on my chin constantly
I decided that it's a bit too sharp for me
Switched back to Voskhod and never nicked myself since
with russian blades i just press down hard and finish up like im using a regular razor
Russian blades are fantastic tbh
What do I buy then?
First time gonna try safety razors shaving
