lenovo is one of largest hit or miss manufacturers

and always requires complete reinstallation and stripping from their malware

but chinese manufacturer, HQ and all that jazz so its not that huge suprise that they include rootkits and other sstuff to their systems

if "lenovo service engine" "superfish" or their " lenovo customer feedback program/solution center" are familiar words to you then you understand
