real stuff tends to have them but obviously ground and polyurethaned does not

None, it's pretty uniform.

It does have some texture.

id just drop 3-4 star rating "got impression of good quality leather, but upon arrival noticed that its obviously Bonded leather (ground leather bits and glue)

or something like that

sure they dont last you generations like stuff made from full-grain if its taken care off

but they get patina and stuff too nicely

worst case scenario its some really really shit latex glue

and it melts under direct sunlight on hot summer day ;P

but yeah 150cm long 2-3cm wide and 3-5mm thick leather strips can be upwards to 15-50d ollaroos depending on quality,thickness etc

so indeed 35 from "ready" product is quite nice even for bonded stuff

They do advertise it as real leather cut from cowhide with an identification chart for blemishes one would only see on real leather

But you can tell it’s bonded, even from the product photos

tbh from punisheds photos it cant be 100% sure its bonded

without tear test

I’m aware that “real leather made from cowhide” means dickall.

and that would ruin the product
