sprayed it with a mix of iso/water and brushed it down with a toothbrush still looks moist in places so will wait until fully dry, toilet paper was a mistake

Unsurprisingly it's pretty soluble, you end up with tiny bits of it everywhere if you wipe it on something wet

I think I dried my old switches with a hot air drier, gradually heating up the whole board and depressing keys in the process

then letting it sit out for a couple of hours in sunlight
