there is one flagship store in NZ
it has a qt little mi at the bottom
or wiwi
but they don't deal with the laptops just yet
They know they are not a premium brand
i hope when they do bring them to the UK they give them a proper uk keyboard
i need my big boy enter key
The thing I don't like about the keyboard
On a 13 inch it is unlikely you are going to get it
the space key is shifted right by the Fn key
and it feels weird to use for gaming
which btw
WarFrame at 1080p Medium holds at 55-60FPS
Not sure I can say the same for the open world maps of Cetus or Vallis, didn't test that yet for obvious reasons
what's it got, an mx150 right?
yes
UHD620 Intel, and MX150 Nvidia
plenty enough for basic vidya
seems like a sensible choice for something in its class
like rocket league, csgo, etc
quite power efficient that one, i think
The spec is something similar to my previous big boye acer laptop
with a i7-4720HQ and GTX 960M
this thing turbos

i7-8550U goes from 1.8GHz to 4 *GIGA NI🅱🅱A HERTZ*

Can I DM one of the admins? No one's bothering me, I just want to make a suggestion.
Sounds like making claims via NZ Post is an annoying process
Multi week process
And it sounds like I'd just get the value of the item back
So maybe I'll just buy a new unit via Gearbest or Aliex myself
you could claim, get money, get it repaired. then you have free money. how much does that thing cost, $700?
New units on Aliex are like NZD$1250 + shipping + duties
Well under the NZD$2000 claim amount they allow
Cause this ain't the base model, this is the i7 variant
ah. i also had no idea what a new zealand dollar was worth
Ratio of 3:2
