Sulfates are whats in shampoo that dries out your hair, its possible to get shampoos without them that clean your scalp but allow you to retain enough oil that the strands doesnt get damaged
I gave myself a buzzcut a month or two ago and its starting to grow in

And I guess that nettle is good for your hair or skin on your head
But imo it's just that their awfully cheap
Oh, and there's a difference between "shampoo with nettle" and "nettle shampoo"
I was speaking about the former, the "nettle shampoos" are bit more expensive and are usually sold in pharmacies
And they are much more weird

Most soaps are too strong for me, I have to dilute them. My skin is really porous

Oh, this kind of soap is apparently called the "hard soap" or "curd soap" in english, at least according to Wikipedia
