That's how I choose answers like that.

What if it's always either of two opposites

Well then I guess you'd pick neutral if it's a 50/50-ish balance.

Although I'm pretty sure it's not the perfect 50/50 balance, but it didn't seem right to me to choose "strongly disagree"
